Shake well and spritz Shower Spray into water stream and along shower walls. Next, place Steamer on shower floor and allow water stream to slowly evaporate steamer while emitting soothing vapors. Hold baby close to shower and breathe in vapors that help open airways and calm coughing. Recommended for 3 months+
