Oilogic Soothe & Sitz Prego & Post Partum Soak includes only 2 ingredients:

• Oatmeal
• Epsom Salt

Directions:

BATH SOAK: Pour 2 cups in bath tub under running water. Gently swirl the water with your hands to help bath soak dissolve.

SITZ BATH: When using bathtub, dissolve a 1/2 cup of soak in the bathtub with 2-3 inches of warm water. When using a sitz bath (plastic basin sold separately); dissolve 1-2 tablespoons of bath soak in the sitz bath with 2-3 inches of warm water. Simply soak the perineal area for 15-20 minutes in a warm sitz bath.
